Returns

J World product purchased on our website can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund excluding shipping cost. All merchandise must be returned unused with original hang tags. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of J World product. All sale items are not returnable.

Warranty

J World® products are warranted to be functional and free from manufacturing defects.

Covered time period carries from 1 to 3 years depending on product. In the unlikely event of defects appearing in our products, we will promptly repair the item or replace the product (if it cannot be repaired) at no additional cost to the consumer.

This warranty does not apply to the following: accidental damage, normal fading and product damage that are a result from abuse of the product, or improper use or damage from a common carrier.

It should be expected that wheels and moving parts will show wear after being used over a duration of time, and that eventually they may need to refurbished or replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
